1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. In order to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should inform the Seller by sending a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address office@profanespirit.com
3. The product should be returned in an intact and unused condition, unless its change was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
4. The payment will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same method of payment that the Customer used.
